Status of pension revision case in Hon. High Court of Delhi

The pension revision case was scheduled for hearing in the Delhi High Court on 30-1-2025. However, the government counsel sought an adjournment, citing the unavailability of the Additional Solicitor General (ASG) due his leg injury. As a result, the court has now posted the matter to February 18, 2025, in the supplementary list.
