AIBSNLPWA Delegation Meets DoPT Secretary on Pension Revision inclusion in Terms of Reference to 8th CPC.

A team led by Com. V. Vara Prasad, General Secretary, along with Com. R. S. N. Murty, Vice President, and Com. J. S. Dahia, Organizing Secretary, met Ms. Rachana Shah, Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), at her office in North Block, New Delhi. During the meeting, we explained the issue of including BSNL pension revision in the Terms of Reference of the 8th Central Pay Commission (CPC). The Secretary gave us a patient hearing and assured us that she would take appropriate action on the matter. The meeting lasted for about 20 minutes, and we expressed our gratitude to her for giving us the opportunity to present our case before the finalization of the Terms of Reference.
