CCA Kerala has conducted a pension adalat on 29-7-2020 on digital platform, first ever in the country. Good number of individual aggrieved pensioners and 44 representatives of Pensioners' organizations participated in it. Shri P K Sinha, Member (F), Digital Communication Commission, inaugurated the Adalat from New Delhi.
Sri. C V Vinod, CGMT, Kerala also participated in the Adalat. During the Adalat, CGMT released a very useful booklet on SAMPANN, prepared by CCA Office Kerala, with FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and Answers to them. It was released in both English and Malayalam. If all CCAs release such booklets in all local languages that will be quite helpful.
When we uploaded the Booklet in whatsapp group some pensioners of other circles sent queries to email id of CCA Kerala ! Common Sense says that Kerala CCA can look into cases of pensioners of Kerala only.
